At [Barista Training Academy], we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, hands-on barista training in small, focused groups. This allows us to provide personalized instruction and ensure you get the most out of your learning experience.  However, due to the limited nature of our micro-batch training programs,  we are unable to offer refunds on purchased training slots.


We Understand Life Happens

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise.  If you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled training program,  we are happy to work with you!  Here's what we can do:


Reschedule Your Training: We will gladly move your booked slot to a future training program based on availability. Please contact our Education Coordinator to discuss possible options.
