About Binny
Binny , a culinary enthusiast has transformed into a Coffee Consultant & Educator with vast experience in the F&B industry. From starting out as a cook, he eventually rose to a position of importance in hospitality management in Switzerland. Over time, he took on training roles in different parts of the world. However, it was a transformative motorcycle expedition through India and Nepal that ignited his passion for coffee. Motivated by the lack of coffee education in India, he founded a Barista School to fill this gap and share his expertise with others.
With over 30 café openings to his credit, Binny is not just a consultant who has collaborated with coffee equipment companies; he's also a hands-on expert assisting coffee producers as a Certified Q Processor by the Coffee Quality Institute. Co-founder of Zura, Certified Barista Hustle Coach and the innovative 'Mgic Potion' mineral water concentrate, Binny Varghese is a trusted authority in coffee roasting, brewing, and barista training. Binny also holds W-Set Spirits level 2.
